The 2011 Yiwu fair scale hit a new high

Yiwu e-commerce businesses are trying to combine traditional physical market with network the virtual market, a new business mode, through active participation in domestic-related exhibitions, promoting the brand, expanding sales channels, to get more chance being regional agent or network agent

Nearly a hundred foreign enterprises to enter the Fair

The 2011 Yiwu fair scale hit a new high, with international standard booths 6500, first time surpass Shanghai East China Commodity Trading Conference.
Meanwhile, outside exhibition pavilions have significantly increased. According to news from the mall exhibition company, currently there are enterprises from Japan, Nigeria, Canada, Korean and etc,. intend to join, the booths booked this year by oversea enterprises doubled last year. Among dozens of korean consumer goods companies plan to come and exhibit, booking already more than 50 booths.

In addition, through the major search engines and more than 20 national newspapers, magazine promotion, the Organizing Committee, is expecting to attract over 15 million buyers and exhibitors, of which more than 20,000 oversea visitors, over 80 exhibitors foreign trade team, more than 10 multinational retail groups. It is understood that, up till now, pre-registration foreign buyers has reached over 500 individuals, and 6 purchasing groups are under visa related preparation. 

Brand exhibitors accounting for up to 10%
The 2011 Yiwu Fair purpose on"Facing the word, Serving the entire country", themed "Global purchasing, Yiwu wind", adhere to idea of “internationalization, specialization, marketization, branding”, strive to be an international brand exhibition integrating trade negotiations, trade show, information exchange, and image display.


In the choice of exhibitors, manufacturers in the Fair account for more than 90%, to realize the source of procurement.In addition, the Office of Fair Organizing Committee guide and encourage the well-known companies and brands to participate.So far this year, brand enterprises booths accounted for up to 10%, of the total, municipal brand stand for 27%, provincial brand accounted for 23.1%, national brand 49.9%.
